Due to the pandemic, you will be required to wear face masks while you are at the staging area, start/finish line, and aid stations. Please maintain social distancing while in groups and in lines. Only people with race bibs attached will be allowed in the staging area. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.

Silver State Showdown
September 10-11, 2021
Lincoln County, Nevada

Three races, back to back, and three state parks. Come explore Cathedral Gorge on Friday night, Echo Canyon on Saturday morning, and Kershaw-Ryan State Park Saturday night for the last leg, swim party in a natural springs’ pool (if water levels are good,) and BBQ (included with registration)! The distances will be 13.1-ish miles or the 10k-ish series. Sign up for 1, 2, or 3 legs and complete the series! You can camp at any of these campgrounds. We are all camping out at Kershaw-Ryan on the last night! Come have a great adventure! You will earn a medal for each trail race that you run, and a fourth medal if you run the whole series!

Prices increase on July 14th. Registrations will close on September 8th at midnight (Pacific time).

Aid Stations

This is a cupless race.  Please bring hydration packs to refill at the Aid Stations.

Packet Pickup

This will be held at the staging area 1-2 hours before race.

Bag Drop

We will have a place at the staging area to store any personel items.

Directions & Parking

Awards

Medals for all finishers for each race. If you race the series, you get a 4th medal for finishing your distance.

Overall awards for each distance TBA.

The locations of our races in this Series will be at three State Parks:

We’ll be camping but you’re more than welcome to seek traditional lodging. Recommendations on where to stay TBA.
