Vegas Polar Plunge
Saturday, January 25, 2025 – Noon
The location has been changed this year to the Silver Springs outdoor recreation pool!

Come out and run either a 5k, 1-mile, or just the plunge option. Show your friends and family just how TOUGH YOU ARE! After the plunge (optional), we will have hot chocolate and cookies. Adult cocoa and free cold beer will also be available for those over 21 years of age. Bring your friends and family and come have a complete blast with our annual polar plunge!
*Runners are permitted to jump into the water directly after they run through the finish line. Runners may also change in the locker room after they finish the race and then jump into the pool. PLUNGING IS OPTIONAL.
Plunge without the run
There are those that would just prefer to plunge into the freezing waters without running! We got you! 12:30pm we will open the pool up for those plungers! Hot cocoa and cookies are also available to the plungers. Vegas Polar Plunge beanies will be available to purchase for nonrunners.

Registration
Registration will close January 5th at midnight. Same day registration will be open at staging area. Please register at tent at least 30m-1hr hour prior to event time.

Aid Stations
There will be aid stations with electrolytes out on the course.
Packet Pickup
This will be held at the staging area 1 hour prior to your start time.
Directions, parking, awards
The staging area and parking will be at the Silver Springs Recreation Center. The pool and trails are located in the same area.
AWARDS
Awards will be for all distances, male & female, 1-3rd place.
