**We are EXCITED to welcome a sponsor to Trail Trashed this year - Bret Carter with Carter Cullen Injury Attorneys.  He is our medals/award sponsor. Here is a little information about him -
"I bleed trail running.  Figuratively and literally.  In fact, everyone bleeds.  It’s the nature of the sport, and of life—we experience the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.  Common love of this sport embraces the mountains, the community, and the effort.  We all struggle together.  This makes resilience necessary so each of us has the capacity to overcome life’s obstacles.  We fall.  We get back up.

Carter Cullen plans on sponsoring and supporting Triple Dare because we share similarities, and we love what they’ve been doing in Southern Nevada.  As an intro, I am a partner at Carter Cullen law firm, and I’ve been exploring the outdoors since a young kid. My running has taken me throughout parts of the U.S. and overseas. My love of endurance activities (and share of injuries and surgeries) stems from a tenacious spirit to keep fighting for myself and others. Now, we attorneys are a competitive group.  Our Nevada-based practice remains dedicated to representing everyday people who have fallen due to the wrongful act of another, tragic luck while on the job, or a permanent disability. Together, we can overcome.

Like many of you, we commit ourselves to reaching our hands out to pick up those in need. For us, we help the seriously injured or those affected by wrongful death. We move forward hand-in-hand to the finish line.  Instead of a completion medal, there’s justice—setting a wrong right and replacing the harms and losses. For more than 40 years, the firm has built its reputation on preparation, toughness, and steady advocacy when the climb is high and long.

In many ways, trial work shares similarities with trail running. Both demand endurance, discipline, and the ability to navigate unexpected obstacles. Just as a runner prepares for changing terrain, elevation, and fatigue, our attorneys prepare every case with focus and intention — understanding that the path forward is rarely simple.

Lindsay Cullen and I at Carter Cullen are passionate about fitness and endurance, embracing the discipline and focus required to take on long-distance trails to trial challenges. That same commitment to preparation and perseverance carries into our legal practice, where complex cases demand steady resolve and thoughtful strategy from start to finish: Forward progress no matter how hard the journey.

Learn more about us at CARTERCULLEN.COM. Enjoy the trails.  – Brett Carter"

We hope to see you on March 21st for Trail Trashed!

Heidi, Aubrey, James, Ryan, and Dave
